For Buyers
Never send money into the void again.
With HarrenaPay, the seller doesn't get your money — escrow does. It's released only when your order is confirmed in your hands. If it never arrives, your money comes back.

Follow ₦45,000 through the system.
You find a phone online for ₦45,000. Instead of sending money directly to a stranger, you pay through HarrenaPay. Your ₦45,000 is locked in escrow — the seller can see that the payment is committed, but cannot withdraw it yet. The seller prepares the order, and delivery is handled through Harrena's connected delivery process. You can track the order status as it moves, and once delivery is completed and confirmed, the seller gets paid. If the phone does not arrive, or what arrives is not what you ordered, you can raise a dispute before the transaction is completed, and your money stays protected while the issue is reviewed. Worst case with a direct transfer: you may lose ₦45,000 and the seller disappears. With HarrenaPay, the money is not released until the transaction is properly completed.
See who delivers, before you decide.
Every HarrenaPay seller carries a Trust Score built from verified transactions — real deliveries, real dispute history, real response times. A 'Trusted' or 'Harrena Verified Pro' badge isn't a sticker someone bought; it's a track record someone earned.
And who's protecting your money from us?
Fair question — a trust company should answer it. HarrenaPay is a product of Harrena Africa Synergy Ltd, incorporated in Nigeria (RC 8309351) and registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Escrow funds are held in dedicated wallets, separate from our operating money. We are not a bank and never claim to be — account infrastructure is operated with a licensed financial partner, and we publish exactly what we charge and exactly what we do.
